BYOB Mobile Bartending Service

$1,300

Up to 5 hours of bar service · setup + breakdown included

Up to 5 hours of bar service, plus setup and breakdown time. Tailored to your event style, venue, and headcount through a pre-event consultation.

  • Two professional bartenders
  • Event liability insurance coverage
  • Travel within standard service area (180 mi of Orange County)
  • Pre-event consultation and shopping list guidance
  • Basic bar setup: two 6-foot tables with linens
  • Professional bar tools and service equipment
  • Coolers and ice bins
  • Standard garnishes (limes, lemons, oranges, cherries)
  • Disposable cups (12 oz, 9 oz, and 1 oz)

Events over 180 guests: each additional bartender is $50/hour.

  • Additional Hour of Bar Service

    $200 per hour

    Max 2 additional hours.

  • Wooden Bar Rental

    $150 flat

    5ft white rustic wooden bar. Delivery and setup included.

  • Cocktail Hour Bar Setup

    $500 flat

    Second bar location for cocktail hour service.

  • Water Station

    $2 per guest

    Self-serve water station with disposable cups.

  • Ice Service

    $2 per guest

    All cocktail and beverage ice provided.

  • Basic Mixer Package

    $5 per guest

    Coke, Diet Coke, Ginger Ale, Soda Water, Tonic Water, Lime Juice, Lemon Juice, Agave Syrup.

  • Table Wine Service

    $3 per guest

    Wine service offered to guests during dinner.

  • Champagne Toast Service

    $2 per guest

    Champagne poured using disposable champagne flutes.

§ Custom cocktails

Or design something only your guests will ever taste.

Two to three weeks before your event we'll sit down — over coffee, over a call, over Zoom — and map out a small set of signature pours built around the night itself. An anniversary cocktail. A family-name riff. The drink you had on the honeymoon. A nod to the venue. Mocktails included if you want them.

We bring the technique, the balance, and the testing. You bring the story. Each custom drink gets a name, a printed menu card, and lives only on your event's bar.
